OBJECTIVES:

1. To honor the nation?s most outstanding blue-collar and white collar workers.
2. To promote wider recognition of the dignity of labor.
3. To recognize the importance and contributions of those occupations which are specially relevant to the economic and technological progress of the country.
4. To inculcate, motivate and drive for excellent work and outstanding work performance,  worthy of emulation.
5. To develop and cultivate  quality in the labor force.

AWARDS AND PRIZES:
Each winner will receive a CITATION AWARD, plus:

• A TOWER Trophy and Plaque
• Cash Award of  Php 50,000.00 per awardee
• A Baccalaureate Degree from the Technological University of the Philippines
• Full Scholarship for Bachelors Degree or Masteral Degree Program (the full scholarship is transferable to awardee?s children)
• Other prizes and awards.
• Each Finalist will receive a CITATION AWARD
• Each Nominee will receive a CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION
