It is my pleasure to congratulate you on your installation to the office of  2007-2008 Club President.

You and your team of 2007-2008 club officers have chosen to serve your club in this capacity because, like me, you love Rotary and want to see Rotary grow and thrive.  We love Rotary because it is an amazing organization full of people who want to reduce suffering in this world through fellowship and service.  Rotary Shares the things that should be shared with humanity, kindness, time and resources.

We must share Rotary if we want to survive.  Without new members, Rotary will disappear in only a few decades, and without Rotary, so many needs in our communities will go unmet.  This is why I am asking everyone who loves Rotary to share that love and commitment inviting other qualified women and men to join a Rotary club.  This is the single most important thing you can do to ensure Rotary’s second century of service.  As you perform your duties throughout the year, remember that service is at the heart of Rotary.  It is through service that Rotary Shares its tools and resources with those who need help in communities all over the world.  Service is the true magic of Rotary.

Please join me this year and share Rotary by bringing new members into the fellowship of Rotary and putting Service Above Self in everything you do.
