The Rotary Eye Center with its ?Gift of Sight? project is a joint charitable venture signed into a memorandum of agreement by the Rotary Club, Ospital ng Tondo and the Hospital of the Infant Jesus. It is established to provide competent, comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with the use of state-of-the-art opthalmic equipment. It has expanded to accomodate the growing number of patients who have unrelentlessly set their trust and confidence to the Rotary way of eye care.

This is made possible through the generous funding of the Rotary Foundation, the Rotary Club of Kowloon East, the Rotary Club of Taipei, Taiwan and generous members of the Rotary Club of Manila. The Rotary Eye Center promises to deliver the best of total eye care aligned with the drive of the government towards eye care for all and through collective and unified endeavor may well be one the road towards its sole goal...a blind free society. Other noteworthy services provided by RCM included the RCM Outreach Eye Clinics of its Sight Conservation Committee.
