Brings health care to those who need it most especially modern health care to the poor in the provinces. This is the mission of RCM Medico Surgical Mission. Other noteworthy services provided by the club included the RCM Outreach Eye Clinics of its Sight Conservation Committee and the Save-A-Heart, Save-A-Life Project, which provides pacemakers to indigent heart patients.
