One Rotary One Philippines, One for Marawi

Did you know that Rotary Club of Manila Committee, One Rotary, One Philippine, One for Marawi was the FIRST responder to go to the aid of Marawi siege victims? This revelation was made by Sec of National Defense Delfin Lorenzana during his talk at the RCM Thursday Luncheon Meeting held at the New World Hotel Ballroom, July 26, 2018.

Chairman of the Committee Raffy Alunan III was on hand to introduce Secretary Lorenza. He also announced that One Rotary, One Philippines and One for Marawi committee is once again preparing to send another Medical Mission to Marawi in the first week of August 2018.

Also a MOA was signed between RCM and DND pertaining to the humanitarian assistance program.

Former DILG Secretary Raffy Alunan together with RCM President Pineda inked the agreement. Co-Chairman of the committee is Dir Jackie Rodriguez.
