2018 Yogyakarta Rotary Institute From Ride Raffy Garcia

I have just completed my meetings in Manila with Yogyakarta Institute Chair PDG Eva Kurniaty, and Executive Vice Chair PDG Rudy Balmater. Next week, I will be visiting Yogyakarta to inspect all the venues to make sure all your expectations will be met.

The bandwagon for the 2018 Yogyakarta is finally on its way. Initial problems were experienced with the early registrants in the Taipei Rotary Institute who now have to re-enter their credit card information to complete their registration process because of requirements imposed by their respective credit card companies.

The hotel registration is also now available online. All registrants must now book their rooms ASAP to make sure they have adequate accommodations for the institute.

The very low cost of the hotel rooms is a huge attraction for the 2018 Yogyakarta Rotary Institute.

Tentrem is as low as US$100 per night, while the Hyatt Regency is as low as $92 per night. The Rich Yogya is only $62 and $95 per night while the Alana is only $68 per night. All of these rates include breakfast for two, so bring your family!!!

A high caliber team of trainers is being assembled now to handle the pre-institute training programs including the Governor Elect Training Seminar (GETS), Governor Nominee Training Seminar (GNTS), College of Legislation (COL), District Team Training Seminar (DTTS) and Regional Rotary Foundation Seminar (RRFS). There will also be a Spouses/Partners Training Seminar.

The Cultural Night in the program proper for the Rotary Institute will be transported to the Prambanan Temple where a world class program will be presented. There will also be tours arranged for the Borobudur Temple, one of the Hindu temples built well before western civilization was discovered, similar to Ankhor Wat in Cambodia.

This will truly be the most memorable Rotary Institute that our zone will ever have. The registration is limited so I advise you to register NOW while space is still available.
