International Relations: Philippine Visit of Rotary Club of Osaka East (Part One)

RCM guests from sister club RC Osaka East arrived today (4/10/18) at NAIA composed of Pres. Yoshiaki Mihara, Director Takashi Hori and Chairman of International Relations Seiichiro Chigusa were welcomed and fetched at the airport by Co-Chairman International Committee Nick Locsin, VPE Lance Masters, PDG Vince Carlos, and AT Ner Lonzaga. The RC Osaka East delegation are here to observe the Hospicio de San Jose/Norzagara Project as a contributing partner. Later in the day the delegation is scheduled to attend a fellowship dinner with 21 RCM members at the Milky Way Restaurant, Makati. The delegation will be staying for 3 days. They are expected to attend the April 12,2018 RCM weekly meeting.
